Why are the prices only in the Polish currency?
Since the store is run and settled in Poland, it is easier for me to pay in my home currency for accounting and tax reasons.
Can I pay in Euro or any other currency?
You place an order in the Polish currency, but after redirecting to the PayPal website or paying with a credit card via PayU, you will be able to pay with your own currency. PayPal and PayU will convert the currency to PLN.
How can I check the price of the product in my currency?
You can use your bank's currency converter or currency exchange office. Each country has different exchange rates. Prices in my shop are displayed in Polish zloty - registered as PLN
I have added products to my cart but cannot place an order.
There can be many reasons and it is difficult to describe all the examples.
The most likely reason is that there are too many items in your shopping cart. Please check the delivery costs to your country - the shipping of your order may be limited by the total weight of your chosen products. A heavier package will have a higher delivery cost, which you must ask for by writing directly to: firstname.lastname@example.org
My country is not on the shipping list or the delivery is inactive.
In both situations, please write an email. It is possible that no one from your country has ordered from me before, so I do not have a cost estimate for delivery. But we can always change that :).
When can I expect the package?
The answer is quite complex. We fulfill orders within 5 business days: this is how long we need to decorate the books, fill in the documentation necessary for shipment as well as send the package. Later, a lot depends on what form of shipping you choose.
Each courier company works differently and delivers packages at a different time - the average delivery time can be found HERE - on the page about shipping costs for a specific carrier.
Remember, however, that the pandemic affects logistics everywhere and will often extend the delivery time. However, if you do not receive your order within 7 days of dispatch (applies to Europe) or 14 days outside of Europe, first contact the carrier with the tracking number that we sent you by e-mail, and then with us.
Shipment of orders by Polish Post
This is the cheapest type of delivery currently available in Poland, but also the most problematic.
Depending on the continent, deliveries can take from several days to several weeks. It is possible to track the shipment thanks to the number that we send via e-mail, but our experience so far shows that the information is not filled in reliably.
As soon as the parcel leaves Poland, the information on the tracking page should be completed by officials in the countries of customs clearance and the officials of the destination post office in the given country. Unfortunately, most of the time they don't. The information is often supplemented after the package has been delivered to the customer.
Therefore, if you choose to ship via Polish Post, you have to take into account both: long waiting times and unreliable information on the way.
If you do not receive your order within 14 days, please contact your nearest post office first - providing the tracking number, they should at least tell you whether the package has arrived in your country. If not - write to us at email@example.com. Then we will file a complaint and send your order again.
I haven't received a tracking number
All parcels we send have a tracking number. If you have not received an e-mail with this number, follow the instructions below.
- Log in to the website and check if your order has been shipped - if not, it does not have a tracking number yet.
- If the order has been sent, check if the e-mail was not sent to SPAM. You can also check the tracking number in the order details after logging into the website.
- Write to firstname.lastname@example.org, we will check what happened.
